v-Medico | Virtual and Physical Walk-in Medical Clinic

New Family Doctor Announcements

 
 
v-Medico will have two family physicians in the clinic on Aug 1st. It is finalized now. The following two family physicians will accept new patients:
    1. Dr. Mehdi Shahsavan
    2. Dr. Mehdi Teimoori
Until Aug 1st, the above doctors will provide virtual visits by phone or video. Starting from Aug 1st, they will accept in-person visits in the clinic. You can start booking virtual visits with Dr. Teimoori and Dr. Shahsavan. The following three family physician will continue to provide virtual visit till Aug 1st and beyond:
  1. Dr. Eben Nel
  2. Dr. Java Ramezani

New Patient Registration Process

Please follow the following two steps to register us:

Step 1: Download, fill out, sign the patient consent forms and email to us
Step 2: Install the v-Medico mobile app from Apple app store or Google play store
Step 3: Book a visit

Whether you are a former Metrotown Medical Family Practice patients or it is your first time in our clinic, please download the following consent forms, fill them out and email the forms to the newpatient@v-medico.com

Step 2: Install the v-Medico App (Optional)

  1. Download the v-Medico mobile app from the Apple app store or Google google play, here

  2. Create a profile within the app

  3. If you can’t install the v-Medico mobile app, and you need help, please email patientsupport@v-medico.com

Step 3: Book a Visit

You can book a visit with one of the following three channels:

1. Call 604-454-1126 and press option 1. Please leave a message if the operator cant answer the phone

2. Send an email to appointments@v-medico.com

3. Use the v-Medico Mobile app here
